Renovation work to the façade of The Grand Brighton will commence on 24 October 2016. The project will be conducted in 4 phases and last approximately 46 weeks. The hotel shall remain open during this time and endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum. Please be aware that parking is limited and subject to availability. The hotel car park has a height restriction of 7 feet, 5 inches (2.26 metres). Alternative parking can be found at the NCP Car Park. Please note that there is a GBP 35.00 charge per adult to use the spa facilities unless a treatment is booked. If a treatment is booked, use of the spa facilities are included.
