With beautiful views of the coastline from the cliff top, the elegant Ocean View Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and leafy gardens. Bournemouth’s vibrant town centre is 10 minutes’ walk away. The rooms vary from a traditional style to contemporary spacious rooms with a sea view. All of the rooms have a private bathroom and tea and coffee-making facilities and a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi is available in some rooms and public areas. The property offers limited facilities for guests with mobility issues. Guest can relax on the terrace beside the swimming pool, set within the gardens. The Ocean View’s restaurant offers a menu using fresh local ingredients, with classic cocktails on offer in the stylish bar. Guests can also enjoy access to the bar, restaurant, and beauty parlour at the adjoining sister hotel, The Cottonwood Boutique. The seafront hotel is directly above miles of golden sandy beach, accessed by pathways or the cliff-top lift (in summer only). Free limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and Bournemouth Railway Station is 1.2 miles away.

The swimming pool is open from April to September. Please note that dinner and breakfast is occasionally served in the sister hotel located next door. Dinner is a 3-course meal with selected items from the a-la-carte menu. Please note that the hotel has function rooms and weddings and other events may take place during your stay. Please note that this property cannot accept hen or stag parties. When booking 4 rooms or more, a security deposit of GBP 500 will be charged upon arrival. This will be held in case of damages. Guests with group bookings must contact the hotel to confirm the new terms and conditions. There is a limited number of rooms that can accommodate baby cots/cribs - please contact the hotel at the time of booking to confirm availability. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1 and must be arranged in advance. Infants under 2 years old stay free of charge - the hotel can provide a travel cot. The family rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old and the price includes 2 adults and a child. The hotel cannot offer extra beds in the rooms. The hotel cannot accommodate children in any other room type other than Family room. Please note the hotel has limited parking spaces and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation is not possible.
