The modern en suite bathrooms have bathroom suites by Villeroy & Boch with granite tops, heated towel rails, anti-mist mirrors, walk-in drench showers and/or sumptuous baths. Open from 07:00, Dukes Brasserie offers a wide choice of continental and full breakfasts, delicious lunchtime specials and evening meals. A tapas menu and a cocktail bar are also available.

Dukes At Queens will charge any guest who breaks their no-smoking policy. Please be advised that the hotel has entertainment every Friday and Saturday night with music playing until 01:00. On-street parking is available near the property. The hotel does not have a car park. Extra beds or cribs are available only upon request and need to be confirmed by management. Under the general policy, a cancellation can be made up to 15:00 the day before arrival. The hotel only receives card payment, no cash will be accepted. Guests are required to present a credit card upon check-in. If guests wish to pre pay they must contact the hotel directly 8 weeks prior to their arrival date. If it is within the 8 weeks before arrival the hotel cannot accept payment
