Smoking is not allowed on balconies due to the proximity to other guests. Smoking is only permitted outside the building and on the terrace area. If booking a twin/double room please specify within the Special Requests section of the booking process which room type you require. If no preference is stated the room will be made as a double. When booking for 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
