Situated on the riverside in the small village of Surfleet, this hotel serves homemade food in the conservatory, which overlooks the River Glen. Free on-site parking is provided and the market town of Spalding is just a 10-minute drive away. Full English breakfasts are served daily and a British menu is available each evening in the modern dining room. Guests can also relax with a drink in the separate bar area and free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout The Riverside Hotel. Located in the Lincolnshire fens, the Riverside Hotel is opposite the Spalding Golf Club and scenic walks can be enjoyed in the immediate area. Peterborough city centre can be reached after a 30-minute drive. A TV and tea and coffee making facilities are included in each neutrally decorated room, which also has a private bathroom with a shower.

Please note that the stairs to the rooms are quite steep. The single room has the boiler in it which does create a small amount of noise so guests that are light sleepers may wish to book a larger room for their stay. The two double rooms are carpeted and both have river views. The have no toiletries supplied or at present no bedside lights. Guest can have either a full English breakfast for GBP 7.50 per person per night or a take-away breakfast for GBP 5 per person per night.
