Located in the heart of Västerås, this newly renovated 25-storey hotel is 400 metres from the Central Station. It offers a rooftop sauna and relaxation area with panoramic views of Lake Mälaren. All rooms at First Hotel Plaza have cable TV and views of the city, lake or courtyard. Bathrobes and a tea/coffee maker are provided in some rooms. All bathrooms are newly renovated. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine and dinner as well as brunch in the Lobbybar. Evening cocktails and light dishes can be enjoyed in the Sky Bar, located on the 24th floor. The new breakfast lounge features a modern buffet with fair-trade and specialty coffees and the new lobby bar is a nice place to meet up with friends.
