Guest accommodations at the Holiday Surf feature a variety of modern conveniences, including stoves and cooking utensils.

The same person who made the booking must be the one to check in and make payment for the stay. Third party payments are not accepted. The guest must be on site with their credit card. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance for alternate arrangements. If you arrive after 20:00 without contacting the property in advance, a USD 25.00 charge will be charged. All guests will receive a pre-registration packet by email. Please return the pre-registration packet within 3 days of booking date to receive arrival instructions. The daily service fee is prepaid, subject to tax and includes the following: - WiFi - In-room USB charging stations - Discounts on activities and shuttle services - In-room coffee and tea - 2-pack of laundry detergent and fabric softener - Airline boarding pass printing and discounts on fax and copy services - Beach towels and preferred access to beach equipment - In-room white noise machine Pet Policy: - A maximum of 2 dogs, each under 50 lbs, are permitted per room. - Guest must request pet-friendly room and indicated number of dogs in the reservation under "special request". - An additional charge will be added to daily room rate. - A USD $300.00 security deposit will be held for 4 weeks after departure.
