Please note: There is an early check-in fee of 25.00 USD. Late check-out is 25.00 USD for the first hour. After that first hour, you are required to pay the full daily rate. Property accepts major credit cards, Debit cards and cash can be accepted as a payment but guest MUST have a major credit card during check-in for incidental/damage/loss for the rooms. We allow maximum stay for ONLY 25 days at Maple Inn & Suites and guests can stay only 2 weeks in one room then they have to move to other room strictly. We must have deep cleaning work done and we don't allow more then 2 weeks in one room. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
