Centrally located in the Virginia Beach resort area, this property offers apartment style accommodations facing the beach near all several area attractions, events and activities. Marjac Suites feature many of the comforts of home in a great beach location. Amenities include full kitchens, private balconies and cable TV. Each accommodation is furnished with 2 double beds, a fold out sofa bed and a dining area for 4 people. The suites are only accessible by stairs. Activities such as surfing, parasailing, fishing and jet skiing are available in the nearby area. Also enjoy shopping venues, dining opportunities and challenging golf courses minutes from Marjac.

The property will be going through renovation works until the 8th of March 2017. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available. Please note, due to the current renovations, there is no elevator at the property. If reservation is secured by an advance deposit charged to a credit card, both credit card holder and credit card must be present at check-in. Please note, parking is offered only for one space per registered suite. Parking fee for every additional vehicle per day is USD 15 . Early check-in can be arranged for after 12:00 noon and is subject to availability. An additional early charge of USD 15 will apply for early check-ins. Guests can also check out at 14:00 hours for an additional fee of USD 25. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
