For any special request, such as baby cots, extra beds and bed type, guests must contact Rio Othon Palace directly. Confirmation will be given upon check-in and is subject to availability. The total cost of the room doesn't include the City Tax (BRL 7.00 per night) and service charge (10% of the total price). These fees will be charged directly at the hotel. In case of a cancellation made later than the specified deadline or a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the first night plus a 10% service tax. The use of the off-site fitness centre is subject to a fee. Bullet proof cars, SUV´s and large cars cannot be fitted in the parking lot. Children and teenagers under 18 years old are required to present identification and must be accompanied by parents, guardians, or have permission of the Juvenile Court, in case of traveling with others. Parking spaces have an additional cost and are subject to availability at the moment of arrival. The hotel´s private parking facility does not accommodate armored vehicles, vehicles with height superior to 1,85 metres, motorcycles or any kind of bicycle.
