Based on local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation. The hotel has 3 floors and no elevator. The hotel staff will be happy to assist you carrying your luggage to your room. Please note that check-in is possible only until 16:00 on Fridays and on Jewish holidays. Guests are asked to inform the hotel of their expected arrival time in advance. Please note that on Yom Kippur, check-in is only possible until 12.00.
