The Shefayim has a convenient and tranquil position, 15 minute’s drive from Tel Aviv, even closer to Netanya, and only 5 minutes from Herzeliya's business districts. The hotel’s facilities include free wireless internet, children’s playground and a synagogue. The kitchen serves kosher fare, and there is a bar on site.

Based on local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation. 7 days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancellation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancellation fee. Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays check-in time may be delayed, and rooms will only be ready after 19:00 or even later. Please note that the water park might sometimes be closed during private events/celebrations. For information and opening hours, please check with the Hotel front desk. Separate gender access is enforced at times. Specific dates are available at reception. Limited on site parking is available on a first come first served basis. It is not possible to reserve a space. In the event of all our spaces being taken, it is possible to park within 100 metres of the Hotel on the road.
