Free shuttle service is available to and fom JR Otaru Station. To use the shuttle service, please make a reservation at the time of booking. The bus leaves the hotel at 09:30 for drop-off. Pick up at JR Otaru is at 14:30 and 15:30. To eat dinner at the property, a reservation must be made at the time of booking. (Charges apply) Dinner cannot be provided if it's requested on site. Guests must check in before 18:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after that time may not be served dinner and no refund will be given.
