Boasting 6 hot-spring baths, in-room massages and luxurious multi-course (kaiseki) dinners, Marukyu Ryokan is a 10-minute drive from Shuzenji Train Station. The Japanese rooms have traditional decor and futon beds. Each guest room at Ryokan Marukyu has shoji paper screens and tatami (woven-straw) flooring. The private bathroom includes a bathtub and Western toilet. Modern facilities such as a DVD player and fridge are also provided. Shuzenji Temple and Niji-no-Sato Theme Park are both about a 15-minute drive away. Myokoku-ji Temple is about 4 km from the ryokan. Guests can sweat in the sauna, sing karaoke or browse the gift shop. They can soak in public baths with nature views, or reserve a hot spring for private use. A bar lounge is located at the hotel. Japanese-style breakfasts and dinners are served in guests’ rooms.
