All guests staying are required to provide their original passport or UAE identity card. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry of the guest who is not registered upon check-in. Hotel accommodates families and married couples. Single travelers are also welcome; however, due to security reasons, only parents and siblings with valid photo IDs can visit them. Guests are requested to present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Hotel does not accept third party payment. A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals as per your length of stay. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and is subject to a final accommodation inspection, following which should any damage or loss be identified applicable charges will be posted to guest account. Please note that extra beds should be reserved and charges applicable. Extra bed charge is not inclusive of breakfast. Please note that an airport shuttle is available to Dubai International Airport at an added charge.
