Each apartment offers a shuttered, east-facing balcony leading from open-plan living and dining areas.

Please note that Ultra Broadbeach requires a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. An AUD 1000 deposit applies for any 'schoolies' bookings. You can request your preferred bedding configuration in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking. Please note that the bedding configuration is not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon arrival, subject to availability. Please note that reception closes at 17:00 on Monday to Saturdays and 14:00 on Sundays. If you expect to arrive after these times, please contact the property in advance to arrange key collection using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. If you do not contact the property in advance to arrange late check in, keys cannot be left for you and your booking will be cancelled.
