Ezdan Hotel & Suites provides visa application assistance to all guests. Extra beds can only be accommodated in the Deluxe Rooms and higher room category. Please note that check-in is conducted at Tower 4. Please note that guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. Guests that used third party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card and an authority letter with the the passport copy of the card holder. Guests that fail to submit the above will be charged again directly the full payment upfront for the entire stay. The previous charged amount will be refunded back to the first credit card that was used.
