Ranveli Island Resort offers 4-star rooms surrounded by the untouched natural lagoons of South Ari Atoll. Featuring free Wi-Fi at its public areas, it also has a PADI-certified dive school, water sports centre and pampering spa. Spacious air-conditioned rooms with sea view or beach front rooms feature a private veranda or balcony. Fitted with wooden furnishings, they have a stocked minibar and comfortable seating area. Attached bathrooms have a bathtub and hot-water showers. Getting to Ranveli Island Resort is possible via Seaplane from Male’ International Airport (30 minutes flight) and followed by a 15 minutes Boat ride. Whale shark and Manta Ray snorkeling, Sunset cruises and special island picnics can be arranged at the tour desk. Spa Lansimoo provides traditional Thai and Balinese body massage. Guests can also enjoy water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. Local delights and international dishes are available at Ranveli Island Resort multi-cuisine restaurant. Special beach-side dinners with fresh seafood can be arranged upon request.

Please note that the hotel only accepts USD currency. The hotel will contact guests to fill up a credit card authorisation form after their booking. Guests must advise arrival and departure flight details at the time of booking, at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Upon arrival at Male International Airport, guests will be guided to take a 10-minute bus ride to Trans Maldivian Airways (Seaplane) Terminal at the Airport. Waiting time at the Seaplane Terminal may take 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on number of arrivals. The actual seaplane journey to the resort will take 30 minutes. All additional costs are not included in the room rate and are to be paid directly to the hotel, in USD currency. ==== Seaplanes operate during daylight hours only. Guests arriving in Malé on an international flight, landing after 15:25, will need to find their own overnight accommodation in Malé at their own expense. They will be transferred to Ranveli Island Resort the following day. Guests departing Malé on an International flight earlier than 09:00 will need to leave Ranveli Island Resort 1 day before the date of departure to reach the airport on time. ======= Seaplane Transfer rates are: Child (2 – 11.99 years) : USD 270 per child for both ways (Round Trip) Infant (under 2 years) : FOC (provided that the infant does not take any seat) Luggage:- Baggage allowance is 20 kg and 5 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage is chargeable and must be paid directly to Maldivian Air Taxi at USD 5.00 + GST 12% per 1 kg. A single luggage of 30 kg or more in weight will not be accepted as per International standards. General Procedures:- The resort must receive full flight details at least 7 days prior to guest arrival in order to guarantee the Seaplane seats. Failure to do so may result in additional waiting time in the Seaplane Checking Counter/Seaplane Terminal otherwise there will be an overnight stay in Malé at the clients’ additional cost. Guests departing Malé on an International flight prior to 09.00hrs will be transferred late the previous afternoon and will require overnight accommodation in Malé at their own expense. Trans Maldivian Airways request to have the date of birth of any children under the age of 18 travelling with parents for reservation of seaplane transfers. Cancellation Policy for Seaplane Transfer:- -No shows and same day cancellation will result in a one way seaplane cost being charged as a cancellation fee. Ranveli Village Maldives will not be held responsible for the varied waiting times or bad weather that may occur. Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA/seaplane operator) is an independent operator, which provides the resort with seaplane schedules in the evening prior to arrivals and departures. As such, all schedule timings are solely at the discretion of the Management of Trans Maldivian Airways. === Please note that the property has a mandatory Gala Dinner on 24th December and 31st December, 2017. All charges are to be paid at the property directly.
