Staff at this property speak Japanese only. The public hot-spring bath is open between 06:00 and 23:00. Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. When settling the bill, the hotel will accept cash only. Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast and dinner at the hotel must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance by 15:00. Please note Niseko Iwanai Ski Resort is not located inside the Niseko/Hirafu ski area. The property advises guests check the location on the map when making a booking. Please note that there is an abnormal increase in the number of Pentatomoidea, or shield bugs from around October in the surrounding hills each year. Their numbers decrease from around the beginning of December. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
