Shuttle buses from JR Maisaka Train Station leave at 11:15, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00 Buses leave from the Kitaguchi (North exit) Bus terminal. They run strictly on schedule, and reservation is not possible. To eat dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made at least 1 day in advance. Pool is open from 16 July - 31 August, from 09:00-18:00 daily. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to use the hotel’s pools, hot-spring baths or other facilities where the tattoo might be visible to other guests. Additional fees apply to use of the pool and tennis courts. Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking.
