Pension Kreutzer offers cosy rooms, a tennis court and ski storage, just a 5-minute ride from Tateshina Tokyu Ski Resort with its complimentary shuttle. It features a public lounge with a fireplace and a sofa. Ski lessons are available. All rooms come with heating, a TV and an en suite toilet. Some have a living area with a sofa, others have private bathroom facilities. Guests use the shared bathing facilities in turns. Kreutzer features a dining room with dark wooden furnishings and a piano, where it serves a Western breakfast and a French full course dinner. Pension Kreutzer is a 5-minute drive from the Shikayama hot spring, and a 25-minute drive from the Kita Yatsugatake Ropeway, which offers scenic nature views. Pilatus Tateshina Ski Resort is a 40-minute drive away. Guests can go hiking and golfing in the area, relax at the terrace or soak in the private bath. A free shuttle takes an hour from JR Chino Station, and stops in front of Kreutzer Pension. It runs 3 times per day.

A free shuttle service to/from JR Chino Station is operated by Tokyu Resort Town Tateshina, in which the hotel is located. Guests who have a room with breakfast, can add a dinner at extra cost. Please make a reservation before 12:00. Please note that additional fees apply for guests who chose to use heating equipment from November to March, every year. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Guesthouse Kreutzer in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
