Suhaila Palace is located on Perhentian Besar Island, a 30-minute boat ride from Kuala Besut Jetty. It offers direct beach access and on-site snorkelling opportunities. Most rooms offer a balcony with sea views. From Kuala Besut Jetty, it takes a 1-hour drive to reach Kota Bahru Airport. Alternatively, guests can reach Kuala Terengganu Airport in a 2-hour drive from the jetty. Basic rooms at Suhaila Palace are fitted with a fan and mosquito net. En suite bathrooms include a shower. Electricity is available round-the-clock. Guests can enjoy a swim in the sea or shop for souvenirs in Suhaila Palace Provision Shop. Water sport activities, airport/mainland transfer or speedboat tickets can be arranged for an additional charge.

Boat transfers from Kuala Besut Jetty to Perhentian Island have no fixed departure timings, and are anytime from 08:00 to 16:00. Please note that a minimum of 12 people are needed to fill a boat before the trip begins. Boat transfers from Perhentian Island to Kuala Besut Jetty are at 08:00, 12:00 and 16:00.
