Tea/coffee is included and the lounge/diner has a large HD TV plus DVD player and CD radio. There is a fully enclosed rear garden with patio furniture and a small trampoline for the kids to play on. At the front of Tourmaline, there is private parking for 2 cars. Sittingbourne Railway Station is a 5-minute drive from the property. Local shops, takeaways and a nice pub/restaurant are less than 5 minutes’ walk from the house.
