Kussharokoso is a 15-minute ride from JR Kawayu Onsen Station and a 5-minute walk from Kussharoko Lake. It offers a natural hot spring bath and free parking. Guest rooms feature tatami (woven straw) mat flooring with traditional futon bedding. Each room is equipped with a fridge and a flat-screen TV. Toilet and bathroom facilities are shared. Guests can borrow a Wi-Fi router from the front desk on a first-come, first-served basis. Local dishes are served in the dining room. Drinks can be purchased from the vending machine. Kussharokoso is a 10-minute drive from Atusa Nupuri and Iohzan Mountain. The Mashuko Lake is a 30-minute drive away. From November through March, the free pick-up service is limited to guests with a half-pension booking.

Pick-up service from Kawayu Onsen Station is provided for groups of 2 or more persons upon request, if they are arriving at the station by 18:00. Pick-up service from the nearest JR Station is only available for bookings including breakfast and dinner. Please inform the property of your expected arrival time at the time of booking. Guests can borrow a Wi-Fi router from the front desk on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of routers are available. Please note that an additional heating fee per room per day applies between 15 September to 30 April. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
