Opened in December 2012, Hotel Matterhorn Lodge is located in the historic centre of Zermatt. Decorated in a classic Alpine style, it features a wellness area with 3 different saunas. A ski bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Units at the Matterhorn Lodge have 1 or 2 flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, a bathroom and modern furnishings. Some units have a kitchen or kitchenette, and some offer Matterhorn views. A rich breakfast is served every morning. The Matterhorn Lodge features a hotel bar and a ski storage room. A shuttle service to the train station is provided free of charge. Next to the Bahnhofstrasse and the Kirchplatz, it is 300 metres from the closest restaurant. The Sunnegga Cable Car Station and the Zermatt Train Station are within 500 metres of the Lodge.

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continute to Zermatt by train or taxi. If you are travelling with children, please inform the property in advance of how many are arriving and include their age. Please also note that extra beds have to be requested before arrival.
