Located in the heart of Kyoto, Ryokan Sanga offers traditional Japanese-style accommodations with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and Japanese futon bedding. Delicious meals are served in the rooms with Nakai (personal attendant) services. Karasuma Oike Subway Station is just a 7-minute walk from the property. Popular Kiyomizu-dera Temple is a 15-minute drive away, while Kinkakuji Temple with a golden pagoda is a 20-minute drive from the property. Lively Kyoto Nishiki Market is just a 5-minute walk away. All air-conditioned rooms at Sanga Ryokan are fitted with a TV and a telephone. A kettle and green tea bags are also included. Guests are free to try on Japanese yukata robes. Private toilet comes with the room, while large public baths are shared. Staff at the front desk can arrange taxis and in-room massage services (charges apply). To eat dinner/breakfast at the property, a reservation must be made 1 day in advance. Please note that guests are not allowed to bring any food/beverages into their room.
