Guests enjoy 500 MB of free WiFi per day. The spacious, luxurious apartments offer high-quality furnishings and state-of-the-art gourmet kitchens. Each feature cable TV, a DVD player and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Free secure covered car parking is provided. Guests can relax in the fourth floor infinity swimming pool, the rooftop spa or work out in the fitness centre. The tour desk can arrange theme park tickets and airport transfers. The Wave Resort Broadbeach is a 4-minute walk from Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, Jupiters Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Surfers Paradise is 5 minutes’ drive away.

Please note that if you are booking a non-refundable rate, The Wave Resort will charge the total price of the reservation to your credit card at the time of booking. Please note that Surf Parade will have no vehicle access from 31 January 2017 until late May 2017 due to road works. During this time, vehicle access for The Wave Resort will be via Albert Avenue. Construction works will take place Monday to Fridays 7:00-17:00 and Saturdays 7:00-14:00. Pedestrian access to all businesses in the area will remain available. All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18, the property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian cannot provide current photo ID when requested at check-in. Please note that this property requires a credit card pre-authorisation or AUD 500 cash deposit upon check in when staying in the 3-bedroom Sub Penthouse to cover any incidental charges. All other rooms require a credit card pre-authorisation or AUD 200 cash deposit. Please note that reception closes at 17:00 on Monday to Fridays, 16:00 Saturdays and 15:00 on Sundays. If you expect to arrive after these times, please contact the property in advance to arrange key collection using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. If you do not contact the property in advance to arrange late check in, keys cannot be left for you and your booking will be cancelled. Please note this property is strictly 'Non Smoking' throughout. You must show a valid photo ID upon check in. Please note that 1 car space is allocated per apartment. Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of 8 nights or more. These rooms will be serviced once per week. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
