This boarding house is situated in the Sielmingen district of Filderstadt, near Stuttgart Airport and the new congress centre, and 18 km south of Stuttgart. Free WiFi is provided. All rooms at the Boardingroom are non-smoking, and feature the listed facilities, as well as free high-speed internet access for guests. The accommodation also enjoys convenient road access from the A8 motorway and the B27. You can also park for free outside the hotel. Guests using public transport will find a city train (S-Bahn) station just 800 metres away, linking you to all parts of Stuttgart.

Reception is open daily from 06:00 until 11:00, and from 17:00 until 20:30. Reception can be reached by phone between 6:00-22:00. Guests planning to arrive outside these times are asked to contact the Boarding House in advance, to make check-in arrangements. For bookings of 3 rooms or more (6 guests), different policies may apply.
