The Shaar Hagolan Country Lodging is located south of the Sea of Galilee, just 4 km from the beach and 15 km from the historical city of Tiberias. The property is perfect for people appreciating the peaceful and quiet kibbutz location, while being close to the attractions of the area. These include rafting in the Jordan River, kayaking and fishing in the Sea of Galilee, and other sports and adventure activities. The kibbutz offers an indoor swimming pool, open all year round. There is also a mini zoo, basketball court, football court and playground. All air-conditioned, rooms here come with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Some have a balcony.

Based on local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation. Seven days before arrival the property will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancellation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancellation fee.
