Only a 10-minute walk from Kiyomizu Temple, Kamuroan offers simple Japanese-style rooms with free Wi-Fi. Guests can take a 10-minute public bus ride from JR Kyoto Train Station to Gojo Saka Bus Stop, which is a 3-minute walk away from the property. The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Japanese Yukata robes are provided for all guests, and a flat-screen TV is included in each room. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. You can relax on the massage chairs in the shared lounge and share travel stories with other guests. Luggage storage is available. Kamuroan Inn is a 10-minute walk from Kiyomizu-dera Temple and a 15-minute walk from Yasaka Shrine. Kyoto Imperial Palace is a 10-minute drive away. The property accommodates only up to 3 groups of guest per night.

- Inside the property building is a strict non-smoking area and smoke detectors are installed to all rooms and toilets. Guests may only smoke at the garden veranda. - Guests will receive an email from the property before they check-in for a final confirmation. Please make sure to check your emails on the day of your check-in. - Please be informed that cancellation policies apply and charges will be made if details such as the date of stay or the number of guests staying are incorrect. Charges will be made accordingly if any other details or conditions differ from those made at the time of booking. - At time of booking, guests must inform the property of what time guests plan to arrive. If the arrival time changes, please update the property at least 1 day before the check-in date. - Guests arriving in Japan on the check-in day are requested to provide the flight information including the flight number and time of arrival at the airport. - Guests arriving at the property later than 21:00 must inform the property in advance. If guests do not check in by 22:00, the booking may be treated as a no show. - Please inform the property at least 2 days in advance if you wish to have breakfast on site, and you did not book with a meal-inclusive rate. Breakfast will be served at an additional charge. There is no menu; please contact the property directly for more details. - Please contact the property 5 days in advance if you wish to to have a special breakfast catering to vegetarian or other dietary needs. Please note that halal foods and gluten free meals cannot be prepared in this case. - Please contact the property 7 days in advance if you wish to have a special gluten free breakfast. Gluten free bread, vegan butter spreads, sliced fruit, vegetables, organic Uji green tea and/or herb tea will be served. - Extra charges apply to all of the breakfast requests above, and different charges are applied. Please contact the property directly for more details. - Please note that you are required to inform your expected arrival time in advance if you wish to store luggage on site, and you are also expected to inform the property of any changes to your schedule. - Please note that the property is not staffed from 12:00 - 17:00 unless the property is informed of your arrival time in advance. Luggage storage will not be available in this case, unless you arrive in the morning. - Luggage delivery service is available from Kyoto Station at an extra charge. This is however not operated by the property and guests are required to organise the delivery themselves. The property will not make restaurant reservations for guests before check-in due to cancellation issues. Guests can request restaurant reservations at the property after checking in. Please inform Kamuroan in advance of your expected arrival time.
