This Alpine-style hotel enjoys a quiet and scenic location in the Tyrolean village of Galtür. Hotel Pension Bergfried offers a panoramic terrace and a spa area with sauna, infrared cabin and steam room. Breakfast and half board are available and meals can be enjoyed in the traditional-style restaurant or on the scenic terrace in nice weather. Rooms at the Hotel Galtür are decorated in a country-house style and feature wooden furniture. All rooms include cable TV, a refrigerator and private bathroom. WiFi is available in some rooms. Hotel Bergfried is an ideal base for hiking and skiing. It is a 3-minute walk from an ice rink and the stop for the ski bus. The Alpkogel ski lift is 1.5 km away. The Bergfried has a table tennis table, fitness room and children’s playground. Guests enjoy free use of tennis courts, a 4-minute walk away. As of summer 2013, the Silvretta All Inclusive Card will be included in all rates during summer season. It offers free use of cable cars in the region, of the buses from Landeck to Bielerhöhe, and free access to the indoor and outdoor pools and to the lake in the Paznaun Valley.

Please note that the Silvretta-Hochalpenstraße (connection to the Montafon-Partenen, Gaschurn etc.) is closed in winter.
