It serves traditional cuisine from the region, while you can enjoy snacks, drinks and aperitifs in the the Green Bar, the Miramare's outdoor bar. On Thursdays evening guests can taste vegetarian dishes at the Le Vele Veg restaurant. Offering free parking, the property is a 15-minute walk from Miramare Castle. Buses stop 100 metres from the hotel and link with Trieste.

Please note the restaurant is open daily only for dinner. On Sunday it is closed. The café is only open in summer.
