Facing La Maddalena Island, Residence Costa Serena is right in front of the sea, and a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach. All apartments offer a private balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette, and free parking. Free Wi-Fi is available at reception. During summer, you can also relax by the 2 salt-water swimming pools, 1 for adults and 1 for children. The restaurant is complete with a bar. Sports facilities are also available. The Costa Serena Residence is 4 km from the centre of Palau, and a short drive from the most famous beaches of northern Sardinia, including Santa Teresa di Gallura and the Costa Smeralda.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after reception has closed. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. The restaurant, grocery shop are available from June to September. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 04 June until 15 September. Please note the swimming pool is closed between 13:00 and 15:30. A swimming cap is mandatory. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided on arrival. Subsequent changes are subject to a surcharge. Bed linen is not available for cots. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. The final compulsory cleaning fee is not included and comes at an extra charge. Guests are required to leave kitchenettes clean at the end of their stay or an additional final cleaning applies. Please inform Residence Costa Serena in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
