Villa Fiorita is set on a green hill, just 500 metres from the Teramo - Giulianova exit of the A14 Motorway. Parking is free and the sea is just 3 km away. Villa Fiorita has a nice botanic garden with a swimming pool and a huge gazebo. The restaurant serves typical dishes of the Abruzzo region. All rooms at the Fiorita are air-conditioned and have high ceilings. Free Wi-fi is available in the lobby.

A club card is optional from 15 June until 15 September. It includes use of the swimming pool overlooking the sea at a partner hotel, 1 parasol and deckchair on the beach, a beach aperitif every Friday, and kids' snacks at the beach twice a week.
