Buffet breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00. Lunch is served from 12:00 to 13:30. And dinner is served from 19:00 to 20:30. Car traffic is limited near Lourdes's Sanctuary and the hotel. The hotel's car park can be accessed by car only from 6:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. The hotel reception is open 24/24. Guest arriving outside these hours, can park outside the restricted area, walk to the hotel to check-in, and bring their vehicle to the hotel's parking later.
