Price includes: accommodation, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and the kitchen corner), basic WiFi access (for 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and search), charge and tax (except tourist tax and application fee). Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival, housekeeping mid-week. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation. For stays from 2 to 6 nights: check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00). A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at an extra charge, subject to availability. The kit includes: a folding bed, high chair, pushchair, changing mat. The outdoor swimming pool is not heated and is open from April to November. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
