Beds made upon arrival and mid-week housekeeping matching the number of occupants in the accommodation are available at an extra cost. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in takes place from 14:00 and check-out is possible until 17:00 (subject to availability - otherwise 12:00). A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighting less than 15 kg can be requested (subject to availability). The kit includes: 1 folding bed with fitted sheet, 1 highchair 1 nappy changing mat, 1 pushchair and is at a surcharge. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
