From its welcome sweets to its hot-spring baths and body treatments, Suichokan creates a relaxing space for women (unaccompanied men not allowed). The spacious rooms include Japanese sleepwear, free wired internet and a private bathroom. The stylish rooms at Spa and Esthetique Suichokan have soft lighting and a flat-screen TV. Guests can relax in the bathrobe and slippers, and unwind with a soak in the bathtub. A tea maker and fridge are included. Iwato Kannondo Cave Temple is just 150 metres from the hotel, and Lake Sapporo is 2 km away. Sapporo is 30 km away, a 40-minute drive on the free shuttle. On-site parking is free. Guests can enjoy a massage or sweat in the sauna. Western and Japanese dishes are served at Jade Garden Suien dining room, offering forest views.

Guests must re-confirm booking with the hotel directly at least 3 days before arrival date. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. Guests must check in by 19:30 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Guests arriving after 18:00 must inform the property in advance. Please note that guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. This hotel does not have an elevator. The free shuttle runs between the hotel and Odori Go-Chome Showa Building in Sapporo. The shuttle is called the "Yuke-Muri-Go" shuttle bus. To use the free shuttle, please reserve at time of booking. It departs from the front of Odori Go-Chome Showa Building at 14:30 daily, and departs from the hotel at 10:00 daily.
